This was made from the breakwater created to protect for the new all weather boat ramp near Whalers Resort at Encounter Bay, Victor Harbor. The boat lobby--recreational fishermen--- is quite powerful.
This is the western side of the base of Rosetta Head, Victor Harbor and so is a part of Petrel Cove.
We often walked the dogs length base of Rosetta Head until we could get no further. This was late afternoon light.
